Earlier in his career, he held R&D management roles at Boston Scientific, contributing to neurovascular and coronary device innovations.

Todd Mortier is an accomplished medical device executive with extensive experience in cardiovascular innovation. He co-founded and served as COO of Caisson Interventional, acquired by LivaNova, and VP of R&D at Myocor, where he led development of the Coapsys system for mitral regurgitation. He began his career at Boston Scientific, advancing neuro and peripheral device technologies.

Ed Andrle is a medical technology leader with a proven track record of innovation and strategic growth. He served as GM of Neuromodulation and SVP of Business Development at LivaNova, where he led the merger of Sorin Group and Cyberonics. Ed co-founded StarFire Medical, acquired by Nfocus, and TERAMED, acquired by Johnson & Johnson, and previously founded the Peripheral and Neurovascular groups at SCIMED.
Vice President of R&D
Ben Montag is an experienced innovator in medical device development. In an R&D leadership role at Boston Scientific, he launched the EKOS+ thrombolytic device and defined the clot management pipeline. He previously managed TMVR development at Caisson Interventional and engineered atherectomy systems at Medtronic.
